A former global practice leader at EY and manager in technology, marketing, and training companies, Nic has over 30 years of business experience on the front lines of globalisation. He is a bestselling author, lecturer, and motivational speaker whose research-based models for management, marketing and sales have been implemented by companies in more than 40 countries and featured in books, magazines, and TV interviews worldwide. Early in his career, he invented the concept for selling mobile phones through retail store kiosks and designed some of the first competency-based training models for Australia's telecom and energy sectors during deregulation. Nic has served as a Visiting Professor teaching Masters, MBA, and Executive MBA programs at universities in Beijing, Shanghai, Moscow, and London, and been honored with several awards including the gold Business Oscar for his contributions to education. He is married with four children.
