Premal had experience as a technical writer and ISO9001 document quality control manager before becoming a trainer and coach. He has conceptualised, designed, and delivered award-winning training packages and change management methodologies to industry, including being the project lead on national initiatives to overhaul Government and commercial compliance procedures and associated training for personnel in security, transportation, and the Department of Home Affairs. He is a recipient of the Learn X Impact Gold Award and has received other accolades for customer focus, growth, and teamwork.
